The aim
of the Hot Sauce & Fiery Foods Festival.......
... was to create a
festival that focuses on the Australian Chilli Culture and the best
Fiery Foods in a stunning outdoors location in rural Victoria
that's a stones throw away from Melbourne. March being a
cooler month has had such a change on the public that they can stay
longer and enjoy more food & wine tastings
This
also gives more time for the exhibitors chilli harvesting, also a touch
cooler weather to try some of Australias HOTTEST SAUCES.
