The 10th Anniversary HSFFF was cancelled due to the Black Saturday Wild fires.

With all this behind us now, we are back and in full swing setting up for the delayed 10th Anniversary.
So come on down and bring your whole family,Dont forget, you dont have to eat Fiery foods to enjoy this weekend.

Our exhibitors done it hard in 2009 but have confirmed they will be back, even the Americans Pepper Creek Farm and Mild to Wild Peppers & Herbs will  be back.


The aim of the Hot Sauce & Fiery Foods Festival....... 

 

... was to create a festival that focuses on the Australian Chilli Culture and the best Fiery Foods in a stunning outdoors location in rural Victoria that's a stones throw away from  Melbourne. We hold the festival on the third weekend of February every year at the Redback Chilli Co farm on Jacksons Track Jindivick , in scenic West Gippsland, Victoria and only 45 minutes from Dandenong along the Princes Hwy. This will also be sadly th last in Jindivick.

DIRECTIONS

Follow the Hwy out past Pakenham and when you see signs for Garfield then Bunyip get ready to turn left at the new BP Roadhouse (Look for the festival sign) 80 klm zone follow the signs to Labertouche, go down a few Kms and turn right onto Jacksons Track to Jindivick, go past the Jindi general store, you'll go past the Jindivick cricket oval and keep going for another 3klm.

There is also two more events in Jindivick now, 1st is the 52nd Jindivick Flower and Craft show with a great display of localy grown flowers, plants, and crafts, so drop in an support them, Also a new kid on the block is the Jazz @ Jindi in various bars and cafes, now if you want to really party, head on through town and follow your noses for anotyher 4 k's, we'll be there waiting for you.

Now in our 10/11th year and being the longest running Chilli festival in Australia, from our humble beginnings in 2000 we have grown into one of the most exciting events in Australia and have  become  the Premier Event on the Fiery Foods calendar  in Australia.

More and more people are being attracted not only from the local area, but also from  across Victoria, interstate and overseas.

Bringing together the best of Australia's Chilli manufacturer's, Gourmet Food, Wines, and Boutique Beers in  the one location for a unique weekend away in Gippsland's prime Gourmet Country.

So come along  and enjoy a  great  weekend of family fun, we have kids activities, Live Music, Games for all ages to join in on, and not to forget Australia's BEST chilli products  to taste, try and buy.

Please, you dont have to eat fiery foods to be here,but it sure does help.
