About Us

PROPERTY FOR SALE
LOOKING FOR NEW VENUE
As you can see we have the property up for sale, this will be hard for us but it's time for a change.

Redback Chilli Co will still remain, but just relocating closer to town and will endervour to bring you the best of the best hand made products

The property will be sold and if your interested, then the catering ( REDBACK ROASTS)  will be sold along with it.
Two Commercial kitchens, Bar, Beer Gardens, Liquor licence, health permits, cool rooms, three large sheds and pure paradise, we have used this property for many functions and have three events planned for the place.

If not interested in the business then this is an ideal property for a B & B, Farm Stay, Back Packers or just your private paradise.

                                 A DOG FREE EVENT

The 10th Anniversary HSFFF was cancelled due to the Black Saturday Wild fires.

With all this behind us now, we are back and in full swing setting up for the delayed 10th Anniversary.
So come on down and bring your whole family,Dont forget, you dont have to eat Fiery foods to enjoy this weekend.

Our exhibitors done it hard in 2009 but have confirmed they will be back, even the Americans Pepper Creek Farm and Mild to Wild Peppers & Herbs will  be back.

The aim of the Hot Sauce & Fiery Foods Festival.......

... was to create a festival that focuses on the Australian Chilli Culture and the best Fiery Foods in a stunning outdoors location in rural Victoria that's a stones throw away from  Melbourne. We hold the festival on the third weekend of February every year at the Redback Chilli Co farm on Jacksons Track Jindivick , in scenic West Gippsland, Victoria and only 45 minutes from Dandenong along the Princes Hwy. This will also be sadly th last in Jindivick.

WE are currently looking for a new venue for the 2011 Hot Sauce festival so stay tuned
